Design and Artwork

The Gipping Press Print Design team has many years of experience in designing for print.

That experience means, not only is the standard of design across a wide range of products very high, but they know how design ideas will translate to the finished printed item and are able to create clever ways to create maximum impact without having to break the bank to do it!

The team is led by our Director, Jonathan Steed, a graphic designer who has worked in the printing industry for 38 years and joined the company in 2008.

Things have come full circle for Jonathan who started in the design team when he joined Gipping Press, then became General Manager before holding the position of MD from 2014-2021. He returned to his role in the studio after a company re-structure during the Covid pandemic.

Joseph Cook joined us in 2015 as an apprentice in the studio and has come on in leaps and bounds since then.

His excellent work ethic, coupled with his ability to listen to what people need and reassure them, means that he has quickly proved himself as a valuable member of the Gipping Press team.

Joe works alongside Jonathan in the production of many design and artwork solutions and is now the designer for many of our regular publications.

He is a versatile member of our staff who will, no doubt, become more active in client liaison in the years ahead.
